Bufallums is a workshop where we make puppets and dolls out of recycled old paper and carton. For us, recycling waste material is a way to promote respect for our environment.

The pieces are handmade. We do not use any kind of mould but the pieces are made one by one, thus they are unique.

We craft different types of puppets from finger puppets, hand puppets and dolls to characters imagined for tales, exhibitions or particular events.

To make the paper paste we use cellulose glue suitable for children use. When the pieces are dried, we paint them with latex paints. To dye the paper paste we utilize mineral earth and natural pigments.
