We create our puppets and dolls with the art of papier maché, the technique of tearing paper that dates back around 2000 years.

For us, it is very important to make the papier maché paste with old and waste paper and create the puppets and dolls out of recycled paper. In that way we collaborate in the conscienciation of recycling as an habit to which all of us must to commit, if we really want a better and more balanced world.

The fascinating thing is that from waste paper that would be thrown away we can give life to the
characters of a tale or a story.

For centuries paper has been reused. Ancient
Egyptians utilised old papyrus to make the cases of mummies. They stuck one layer to another in the same way that we do when modeling with papier maché.

Our puppets and dolls are hand made.
We shape each piece without using any mould
and so they are unique. We like that the new piece develops gradually and paper dries following
its natural process.
